Your questions answered
Common questions
Do I need access to a gym?
No, you do not need access to a gym. Every workout is designed to be done in whatever space you have to work with.
Do I need a lot of equipment?
No, you don’t need much equipment. It’s good to have some essentials: a mat, a light and heavy set of dumbbells, and small loop bands. For a full list of basic home gym items, check out my Amazon storefront. Remember, you can also exercise effectively without any equipment.
How long before I see results?
Results vary by goal, but you’ll feel better immediately from self-care. Expect to see strength gains and body changes within 3 months with regular training, improving further over time with consistency.
How much of a commitment is it?
There’s no commitment required! If you want to start with a single session, people do that all the time. Future sessions and recurring sessions are always an option if you want to connect more regularly for more support and results
How many times per week do you suggest someone train?
The ideal workout frequency depends on your goals, budget, and availability. Generally, 2-3 sessions per week of 45-50 minutes can meet health and strength guidelines. For muscle building, weight loss, or performance, more sessions may be needed. Guidance for off-days can be provided to complement your training plan.
